Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Cartsy, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you use Cartsy for an organization or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for them. If you do not agree, do not use Cartsy.

Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. Provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in account and devices secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your Cartsy account has been misused.

When you link an Instagram conversation to a Cartsy account, you confirm that you control both accounts. You are responsible for activity through your account and linked channels.

Your content

You keep any ownership rights you have in content you submit. You must have permission to send that content to Cartsy and to let us process it.

You give Cartsy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transform, and display submitted content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for retained records and copies described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. Social-platform rules still apply to content you share from those platforms.

AI and product results

Cartsy uses automated systems and third-party search data to identify products, answer questions, and recommend offers. Results can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify price, availability, seller, size, color, ingredients, compatibility, authenticity, safety information, and return terms before acting or buying.

Cartsy is a shopping-discovery service, not medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Cartsy for emergencies or high-stakes decisions.

Retailer links and third-party services

In the current production experience, Cartsy generally helps you discover an offer and sends you to the retailer to complete a purchase. Unless a Cartsy checkout clearly says otherwise, the retailer, not Cartsy, is the seller and controls price, inventory, payment, fulfillment, returns, warranties, and customer service.

Third-party sites, social platforms, and sign-in providers have their own terms and privacy policies. A link or search result does not mean Cartsy endorses, guarantees, or is affiliated with that product, seller, or service.

Cartsy-managed checkout

Cartsy-managed checkout is not currently enabled on the production site. If it becomes available, it will be identified clearly in the checkout flow rather than implied by an ordinary retailer link.

For an explicitly Cartsy-managed order, the checkout screen and any checkout-specific terms will show the seller or order manager, items, fees, taxes, shipping details, authorization amount, and applicable cancellation, return, and refund rules before you confirm. Those specific terms control if they conflict with this general section.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use Cartsy to break the law, facilitate fraud, distribute malware, or cause harm.
• Violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Probe, bypass, disable, overload, or interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, networks, or normal operation.
• Scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or use automated access except with written permission or where applicable law does not allow us to restrict it.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or control of an account, channel, product, or seller.

Cartsy materials and feedback

The service, software, branding, and original Cartsy materials are owned by CR AI Labs, Inc. or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Cartsy in accordance with these terms.

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, but we do not take ownership of the rest of your content.

Service changes and account actions

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Cartsy may be unavailable or lose access to a provider, post, product, or retailer without notice.

You may stop using Cartsy or request account deletion at any time. We may limit or end access when reasonably needed to protect users or the service, comply with law, respond to provider restrictions, or address a violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cartsy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that results, products, sellers, prices, availability, or third-party services will be accurate, safe, or suitable for you.

To the extent permitted by law, CR AI Labs, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from Cartsy or third-party services.

Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will post the revised version and change the date above. If a change materially affects your use, we may provide additional notice when appropriate. Your continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent allowed by law.
